Scope

This policy applies to all training programs and examinations offered by the Institute, whether delivered in-person or online, and covers both individual participants and corporate clients. Refunds for corporate clients are subject to the terms of their contractual agreement or may be granted at the sole discretion of institute's management. All applicable refund conditions must be explicitly stated in proposals, agreements, or contracts to avoid ambiguity.

Refunds are considered under the scenarios outlined below. Refunds to companies shall be governed by the terms of the contractual agreement.

The Institute reserves the right to revise or amend this refund policy in compliance with Oman's laws and regulations governing private training institutions.

Exclusions

  • Any fees paid or committed to external awarding, accreditation, examination, certification, or regulatory bodies on behalf of the Customer are non-refundable where the cancellation, withdrawal, or failure to complete the programme results from the Customer's actions, omissions, or breach of the Terms and Conditions of service.
  • Courses offered under promotional offers or discounted packages are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that the institute fails to provide the service agreed upon in the offers.
