Section 1: Registration, Acceptance, and Payments

Securing a Place: For individual candidates, a course spot is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee as outlined in the Course and Fees Schedule. For sponsored candidates, the sponsoring client must confirm their intent by signing the Service Confirmation and, if applicable, a work order detailing training specifics, participant numbers, duration, and preferred timings.

Payments: Individuals who fail to pay fees as agreed during registration risk losing their spot to another candidate. Sponsored candidates must follow the payment terms in their agreement. Credit customers must settle invoices within 30 days of the invoice date, while non-credit customers must pay in advance. Credit customers face a 5% penalty per month on overdue invoice amounts, subject to credit facility terms.

Contact Information Updates: Candidates must promptly notify the Institute of any changes to their contact details during enrolment. Sponsor companies must submit a candidate list, including full names, email addresses, and ID copies, before the course starts to secure spots in the scheduled batch.

Course Fee: Fees are charged per participant and includes student material and certificate. For sponsor companies, a non-refundable deposit may apply as specified in the proposal/quotation.

Course Cancellation: The Institute may cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. Affected candidates will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be processed per the Refund Policy.

  • Courses affiliated with external awarding bodies comply with their guidelines, shared with candidates and sponsor companies upon enrolment.
